YanovaEdu is intended only for educational and school management purposes. Users agree not to misuse, interfere with or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform, services, servers or connected systems.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities performed under their accounts. Schools are responsible for managing access permissions for staff and users.

YanovaEdu processes educational and operational data to provide platform services. By using the platform, schools and users consent to the handling of data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Users must not upload harmful content, spam, malware, abusive communication, misleading information or any material that violates applicable laws or disrupts platform operations.

The platform may send notices, homework alerts, attendance updates, announcements, complaints, reminders and communication messages related to school operations and activities.

Schools are responsible for the accuracy of information uploaded to the platform, management of user access and compliance with applicable educational and legal requirements.

Certain services may require subscription fees or paid plans. Failure to complete payments may result in restricted access, suspension or limitation of services.

YanovaEdu shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, interruption or inability to access the platform, including technical failures, internet issues or unauthorized third-party actions.

YanovaEdu reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate accounts or services that violate these terms, misuse the platform or engage in harmful or unlawful activities.

YanovaEdu may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
